Uveitis: An Abnormal Eye Condition

"Uveitis is the inflammation of the uvea. The uvea is the vascular layer of the eye located between the retina and the sclera (the white of the eye). The uvea consists of the retina, choroid layer and ciliary body. It extends towards the front of the eye. Inflammation of the iris is most common. This condition is most common between ages 20 to 50."
